Nice, cosy 3-storey house in the centre of Podgora, in a sunny position, on the seaside promenade, facing south. Private garden with barbecue. Car access to the house. Free parking for one car near by. Close to shops, restaurants, cafés; pebble beach at 150 m. The street in front of the house in summer months is for limited traffic only.

Fully equipped kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms (a total of 8+2 beds), 3 bathrooms (two with shower and one with bath tub) plus additional WC. The two south-facing bedrooms have balconies and the living room opens to a large terrace facing south with a beautiful sea view. The house is fully air-conditioned. There is satellite TV in the living room.
